Social Network

With the presence of Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and many other social networks, it’s become a get distraction to most and that most of the time is wasted online. I personally, am one of them.

However, with the advancement of IT, I guess that social network made it possible to connect with your friends whom you lost contact with years ago. Within 3days, I found my primary (elementary) school friends.

I feel an irony in the word social network. Everyone is “socially” active on the web, but when it comes face-to-face, we become socially introverted. We use the social medium to communicate so much that we feel awkward without the social network. We can be just right beside each other but still using the social network to talk. Irony.
